UK Personalisation is great! Maybe you need your print with multiple names or information, or if you simply don't have the time to write names, addresses, or information out yourself! Why not select this option and let us take care of it.
There's a couple of ways you can select personalised print with us. You can either provide us with a multi-page document that already contains each type within the artwork, or we can input it for you! When you're selecting personalisation in the product specifications, simply select either artwork contains personalisation or artwork and data file. The data file is the CSV file we need in addition to the artwork file.
For us to set up your personalised print, simply select artwork and data file; we'll need the following:
- The artwork as a PDF file, including the text personalise here in the exact font, colour and size that you want the personalised item to be. There's no need to outline your fonts though.
- A CSV containing the personalised items or names.
If you've got it all set up in one place within your artwork files, simply select the artwork contains personalisation option.
Place cards with different names on each card
To print place cards with different names on each card, set up the design file with the desired font and placement for the names. Then select artwork contains personalisation so the names are swapped in automatically.
Please make sure your artwork is high resolution, at least 300 DPI.
