UK We've recently made some new and exciting changes to our website! One of the area's that's changed is your 'my account' section.
But what does each area do, we hear you ask! This article gives you a quick understanding.
What is it used for?
In this section you can do all of the following:
- View and amend your profile including your rewards, settings, addresses and payment details
- View orders, jobs and invoices
- View quotes and add to the basket
- See and respond to all of your messages with our Customer Service team
How do I navigate to my account?
You can access this at the top left of the website as shown below:
Dashboard
This shows you a useful overview of your account at a glance, it includes
- Your orders being prepared for delivery
- Your active quotes
- Any new messages from the Customer Service team
- Any payments due
- Rewards applied to your account
- Promo codes applied to your account
Orders
In the orders section you can see a breakdown of your orders, this section allows you to:
- View orders, the status and the associated jobs
- Drill down to job level
- Re-upload artwork that has been file issued
- Re-order jobs - to re-order simply click into the job breakdown on the order, underneath you'll see the reorder icon
click this to instantly add the specifications to basket
- View invoices and any credit notes
Quotes
The quotes section contains all quotes you've saved from the website, and this is also where you'll find any quotes added by our Bespoke team.
In this area you can:
- View full quote details
- Get a new quote
- Add a quote to the basket
- Manage and filter your quotes
Messages
We're very excited about the messages section! It's a brand new area to communicate.
Here you can:
- View your messages with our team by clicking on the reference number
- Get in touch with us
- Reply to us
- Solve your query once you have all of the answers you need
Profile
The profile section contains 4 areas:
- Rewards- where you can check your points and claim them against your order or with our reward partners
- Settings - where you can set your marketing preferences, site preferences and log-in security
- Addresses - where you can manage your address book to make checking out even quicker
- Payment - manage your card details and credit account
