I can't log into my account

Forgot your password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.

• Select Forgot Password
• Enter the email address linked to your account
• Check your inbox for the password reset email
• Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
• Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Signed in with the wrong email?

• Log out first, then sign back in with the correct email address and password.

• Find the log out section on the left-hand side of the dashboard
• Select Log out
• Sign back in using the correct email address and password.
