How long will my print take to arrive?

Find out how quickly you can get your print by filling in your selected options in the product builder, and check out the delivery options at the bottom. You can also explore the available delivery options from your basket once you’ve added a product. 


You’ll notice that if you put multiple items into your basket, they may be sorted into “delivery groups” based on delivery days, in order to help us ship your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Find out more about delivery groups here.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll get an email from us which includes a tracking code. You can also easily track the status of your delivery at any time by logging into your Account and checking the Orders page.

What should I know before preparing artwork for print?

Here are the 7 key things you need to know before preparing your artwork to be printed with us:

1. We provide downloadable templates:
On most of our product pages, you can find free downloadable templates to help you set up your artwork for print. They’re available in AI, IDML and PDF formats to suit the design software you’re working in. Our downloadable templates include key information on creating artwork as well as instructions on how to save out your print-ready PDF. 

2. You need to include bleed:
Bleed is an area of print outside the document that must be added to your artwork before it’s sent off for print. By adding the all-important bleed (a minimum of 3mm on all edges), there’ll be no risk of white space left on your document and it'll be trimmed correctly without cutting into any design. Some products require a different amount of bleed, so be sure to check our downloadable templates to find out the correct amount. 

3. Keep in mind the safe area:
The safe area is the space inside where your print will be trimmed. Keeping any important parts of your design away from this area will make sure that they aren’t accidentally trimmed off due to the natural movement while your print gets finished. Our downloadable templates will indicate the recommended amount of safe area for your print. 

4. The difference between RGB and CMYK:
​​RGB is the colour gamut used to display images on a computer screen, and stands for Red, Green and Blue. CMYK is the colour gamut used for conventional printing, and stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Unless you’re printing Giclée Fine Art Prints or Photographic Prints, please set up your artwork in CMYK. 

5. Embed your fonts:
If you don’t embed fonts and your document is opened on another computer system that doesn’t have access to the original fonts, different fonts will be substituted instead. This could really affect the look of your finished print. Embedding fonts into your original design will stop them from changing. Find out how to embed your fonts here.

6. Check your image resolution:
For the best print results, all artwork files should be at least 300dpi (dots per inch) when saved at the actual size they will appear in your design. This ensures that your final printed project is sharp and clear, not blurry or pixelated.

7. How to export a PDF:
Exporting your design into a print-ready PDF is easy. We’ve created some handy video guides which will take you through the process which you can find here.

What is a Professional File Check?

For a small fee, an expert member of our technical team will manually review your artwork before it goes to print so you can press 'go' with complete confidence. 


If you've ordered multiple products, you can choose to add a Professional File Check to individual jobs or your entire order. We'll check your file for common print setup issues and, where possible, fix them before production. If we find anything that needs your attention, we'll contact you and place your order on hold until you've updated and re-uploaded your artwork. 

We'll check things like: 
  • Image resolution for print quality 
  • Bleed and safe areas 
  • Page count and page order on folded products
  • Corrupt, blank or password-protected files 
  • Templates left on artwork 
  • Folds, cut lines, drill holes and binding areas (where applicable) 
  • Foil alignment and minimum line widths (where applicable) 
  • Personalisation files and version quantities (where applicable) 

A Professional File Check doesn't include: 
  • Spelling, grammar or proofreading 
  • Design, layout or text sizing advice 
  • Colour accuracy or colour mode checks (RGB/CMYK) 
  • QR code testing 
  • Calendar date checks 
  • Post-print quality inspection beyond our standard production processes

Adding a Professional File Check won't delay your estimated delivery date, unless we need you to amend and re-upload your artwork after we've reviewed it.

To upgrade to a Professional File Check, simply select the option when you upload your artwork. We'll take care of the rest and let you know if we spot anything that needs your attention before your job goes to print.

Does the quantity for Custom Shape Sticker Sheets relate to the amount of Stickers or the amount of sheets?

When you place an order of Custom Shape Stickers, you're ordering by the number of Stickers. This means you can be sure you're getting exactly the quantity you need, regardless of how many sheets it takes to fulfil your order. The amount of sheets you receive will depend on the size of Sticker you choose, determined by how many we can fit on one oversized A4 sheet. You may receive a few more Stickers than you ordered (at no extra cost), if, for example, you order 28 Stickers, but we're able to fit 30 on the sheet, we'll throw in the extra for free! 

Can I print white ink or a white underbase on my Biodegradable Holographic Stickers?

Currently, we don’t offer white ink printing or a white underbase for our Holographic Stickers. However, you’ll still enjoy the stunning holographic effect! The holographic material will shine through your CMYK inks, while any white areas in your design will remain transparent, creating a beautiful, eye-catching finish. If white ink is essential for your design, our Bespoke Team is here to assist. Reach out to explore the options available for your Stickers.

How do I set up my score cut layer?

A score cut is the outline that determines your Sticker's shape and edges, ensuring it’s trimmed perfectly to match your design. It acts as a guide for the production process, indicating exactly where the cutting machine should trim your sticker. Setting up the score cut correctly is crucial for achieving high-quality results, so it’s worth taking the time to follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your design file and add a new layer specifically for the score cut layer
Start by adding your sticker outline to the ‘Score Cut’ layer. Use a 0.75pt stroke and set the colour to C60 M0 Y70 K0 for clear identification. Name the layer ‘Score Cut’ to keep your file organised, and make sure it’s set to ‘not print’ by double-clicking the layer and adjusting the settings. This ensures the cut line doesn’t appear in the final print but is used for precise cutting

2. Work in CMYK colour mode
Always work in CMYK colour mode for the most accurate and vibrant colour reproduction during printing. RGB colours may not translate well to print and could lead to unexpected results.

3. Draw your desired shape on the "Score Cut" layer
Use your design software to carefully trace the custom shape you want. Keep cut shapes simple, opt for clean, smooth outlines and avoid overly intricate shapes, jagged edges, or unnecessary fine details. Simpler shapes ensure better cutting quality and prevent delays in production. Ensure cut lines are precise and spaced at least 4mm apart from each other and the document's edge to avoid overlapping cuts or production issues.

4, Add a 3mm bleed
To avoid white edges, extend your design 3mm beyond the edge of your sticker, creating a bleed area that will be trimmed during production. Be mindful not to place critical elements, such as text, logos, or intricate details, in this bleed area, as they risk being partially or fully trimmed when the sticker is cut and peeled. Always keep important design elements within the safe area. 

5. Make sure the cutline layer is set not to print
Once your design is complete, go to File > Export and select Adobe PDF (Print) to ensure the highest quality output. Use the PDF/X-4:2008 preset for optimal compatibility and printing standards. Under the `Marks and Bleeds` section, tick “Use Document Bleed Settings” to ensure the bleed area is properly included in the exported file. This step is crucial for achieving a polished final product.

What are Custom Shape Sticker Sheets?

Custom Shape Sticker Sheets feature a single unique shaped Sticker design repeated across the entire A4 sheet. Each sheet contains one artwork at one size, making them ideal for product labels, packaging and branded stickers. What material should I choose?

The best material depends on the surface you're applying your Stickers to and the environment they'll be used in. Here's a quick guide to help you choose the right option:


Need food-safe Stickers? Choose White Eco Vinyl, Biodegradable Uncoated or White Gloss if your Stickers will come into contact with dry, non-fatty food. For applications involving moist or fatty foods, White Gloss is the ideal choice, with both the face material and adhesive certified for food contact. 

Looking for an eco-friendly option? White Eco Vinyl, Biodegradable Uncoated and Biodegradable Holographic are all compostable and independently certified to TÜV Austria Home Compost and EN13432 Industrial Compost standards, making them a great choice for environmentally conscious brands. 

Need something waterproof and durable? White Vinyl offers excellent durability with a waterproof, UV-resistant finish that's suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It also provides good resistance to oils and many chemicals, making it ideal for long-lasting labels and Stickers. 

Want to make your designs stand out? Biodegradable Holographic creates a striking iridescent rainbow effect while remaining fully compostable, giving you a premium finish without compromising on sustainability.

What's the difference between Custom Sticker Sheets and Custom Shape Sticker Sheets?

Great question! The main difference is how many different Sticker designs you can have on the sheet. 


  • Custom Shape Sticker Sheets are designed for one custom-shaped Sticker design, repeated across the sheet. The number of Stickers you get depends on the size of your design and how many can fit on the sheet. They’re a great choice for smaller runs of a single design, such as logos, branding or packaging Stickers. 
  • Custom Sticker Sheets give you more flexibility to print lots of different Sticker designs on one sheet. They’re available in three A-sizes, and you can use the sheet to create multiple custom-shaped Stickers in different designs, sizes and shapes. They’re particularly useful for Sticker collections, product ranges, or businesses looking to resell Sticker sheets. 
So, in short: choose Custom Shape Sticker Sheets if you want lots of copies of one design, or Custom Sticker Sheets if you want lots of different designs on one sheet.
