Introduction
If your account is locked after your payment has been processed, this guide explains how to check for any outstanding balance, make a payment, and contact our Credit Control team if you still need help. Once all payments are settled, your account can be reviewed for unlocking.
Check for outstanding payments
Before your account can be unlocked, please make sure all outstanding invoices or balances have been paid in full. If there is still an unpaid amount on your account, access may remain restricted until the balance is cleared.
Make a payment on the website
You can pay any outstanding balance through the website using your account payment area.
Log in to your account on the website.
Go to the payments or invoices section.
Select the invoice or balance you want to pay.
Complete the payment using the available online payment method.
Keep a copy of your payment confirmation for your records.
Make a BACS payment
If you prefer to pay by BACS, please use your usual bank transfer process and ensure the payment details are entered correctly.
Raise the BACS payment through your bank.
Include your account reference and invoice number so we can match the payment to your account.
Allow time for the payment to clear and be allocated to your account.
Once the payment has been received and processed, your account can be reviewed for unlocking.
Contact Credit Control
If you have paid all outstanding balances and your account is still locked, please contact our Credit Control team for further assistance. They can confirm whether any payments are still pending or whether any additional action is needed.
When you contact Credit Control, please include your account name, account reference, invoice number, and payment confirmation if available.
Summary
To unlock your account, make sure all outstanding payments are settled, pay any remaining balance via the website or by BACS, and contact Credit Control if you need more help. Once your payment has been processed and allocated, your account can be reviewed for access.
Additional information
If you are unsure whether a payment has been received, or if you need help finding the correct invoice details, please contact Credit Control before making a second payment.
