How does the scheme work?
Visit my account, and head to your Referral Dashboard. Here you will find your unique link. You can copy this link and send it yourself, or use one of our sharing options found on your dashboard. Send this link to the friend or business you’re wanting to refer to Printed.com.
Your friend clicks on your link and inputs their name and email address.. Once they do this, they’ll get an email with their 15% discount code and further instructions to create an account with us.
Once your friend has created an account and placed their first order, we’ll send you £10 in Printed Points (pending 21 days).
The rewards don’t stop there! As your friend spends more, you’ll both earn extra Printed Points - meaning you can earn up to £100 to spend on print (they can earn an extra £50 of Printed Points)
How long will it take till I receive my rewards?
Referral rewards take 21 days from the date of a successful first purchase. After 21 days, we will credit your account with your Printed Points.
I haven’t received my rewards?
If it’s been more than 21 days since your friend has made a purchase and you haven’t received your rewards, this will likely be due to:
Cancelled/Refunded Order: If the order was cancelled and/or refunded, you will not receive your referral rewards.
Order Not Tracked: If your friend has not used their 15% discount code, not signed up using your link, and/or placed an order in an Incognito or private browser, there’s a chance we were unable to track their order.

I can’t access the scheme, why’s this?
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Referral Scheme when we suspect fraudulent use and/or abuse according to our Terms and Conditions. If you cannot access the scheme and do not believe you have breached these terms, get in touch: theteam@printed.com
How do your extra rewards work?
If the person you refer continues to spend, we’ll reward you both with extra Printed Points. Any order placed within 12 months is eligible to count towards your extra rewards:
- When your friend spends £300, you’ll earn an extra £15 in Printed Points, and they’ll earn £10.
- When your friend spends £600, you’ll earn an another extra £15 in Printed Points, and they’ll earn another £10.
- When your friend spends £1000, you’ll earn an extra £60 in Printed Points, and they’ll earn £30.
These Printed Points will be subject to the same 21 days rewards window as your first reward.
