How do I pay by credit account?
To pay by account, just select ‘account’ as your payment method at the checkout. We’ll send you an invoice when your order has been dispatched. Your invoice will arrive as a PDF via email and you’ll have 28 days to pay.
To pay by BACs, please make sure to use your printed.com account number (which is on your invoice) as your reference so we can allocate the payment to your account.

You can pay by card over the phone when you call our Accounts team on 01670 706895.
Failure to pay invoices will result in a ‘hold’ status being placed on your credit account, preventing your ability to place further orders until any overdue invoices are paid.
How do I refer a friend to get extra Reward Programme points?
Go to My Account and click on ‘Your Printed Network’ on the left-hand side menu. You will be able to invite your contacts using your own social media accounts or normal email.
Once your contact has accepted your invitation and placed an order over £35, you will be rewarded with 2,000 printed points. You will recieve an additional 200 points for every order your contact places for a whole year afterwards, too! The contacts you have in Your Printed Network will get an exclusive discount which they can use on their first three orders.
You can invite as many people as you like to Your Printed Network; the more contacts you have, the more points you earn!
How do I edit details in My Account?
Go to my account and click on my profile on the left hand side. Click on the about me tab click edit to change details.
How do I review my order?
In the My Account section under the reviews tab, you can rate your order from one to five stars. Customer reviews appear on the site for others’ reference.
How do I re-order something I bought previously?
Whenever you place an order, the details will stay in My Account. You can use these to reorder the same specifications, but if you have uploaded your own design we don’t keep artwork, so you’ll need to upload it again. Nice and easy!
How can I get a credit account option?
If you are a limited company, educational institution, public institution or registered charity, you have the option to apply for a credit account with us. To apply, just fill out an application form in My Account and we’ll get back to you in 48 hours to let you know whether your application has been successful.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make a secure payment online by credit card, debit card or PayPal. If you open a Credit Account, you can also pay by BACS or cheques.
Are any products VAT-exempt?
Although most products require us to charge you VAT (Value-Added Tax), a number of products are VAT-exempt. We have automatically removed VAT from the ordering process where applicable. For more information see VAT exemptions.
How long do quotes stay in My Account?
Quotes stay in My Account for 30 days.
What happens when I save a quote?
When you save a quote it stays in your My Account section to order at a later date.
