General
How do I join?
You are automatically signed up to the reward programme as soon as you join Printed.com.
How are points awarded?
For every £1 you spend with Printed.com you'll earn Printed Points (this does not include
VAT or delivery, and you'll only earn points on full priced baskets). Points will
automatically be awarded to eligible orders, once your order is shipped. For credit account
customers they will sit in pending points until payment is made. You can also earn points
for completing your profile in My Account, reviewing a product (that gets approved), or
referring a friend (who then joins).
Can I download a statement of points earnings and usage?
Yes, you can download a monthly statement in the Rewards section of My Account.
How will I know how many points I have?
Your points total is always displayed in My Account. For a points breakdown click the
Rewards link. The Summary tab will display all of your recent points, pending points and any
points you have redeemed.
Tiers explained
What is the advantage of moving up tiers?
Moving up a tier means you’ll get more points and bigger benefits. Bronze tier earns you 4
points for every £1 spent, Silver earns you 7 points and Pink earns you 10 points for every
£1 spent.
How are tiers calculated?
Your account activity is checked on a 30-day cycle from your registration date to see if you qualify for a promotion and every 90 days to see if you qualify for a demotion.
There is no qualification for Bronze tier – you are automatically enrolled at this level when you sign up.
To qualify for Silver:
- Place a total of 4 -10 lifetime orders
- Have placed 1 order in the last 90 days
- Have spent £290 in the last 90 days, excluding VAT and delivery
To qualify for Pink:
- Place a total of 10 or more lifetime orders
- Have placed 1 order a month
- Have spent £620 in the last 90 days, excluding VAT and delivery
Earning extra points
How do I refer a friend and when do I receive points for this?
You can refer a friend in the 'Refer a friend' section of My Account. Once your friend
has joined us and placed an order over £35, you will receive 2,000 points. You will
receive an additional 200 points for every order your friend places for a whole year
afterwards. Points are automatically added to your account and you can refer as many
friends as you like.
How do I know if my review has been approved?
If you check your recent rewards in the Summary tab you will see if your review has been
approved. This can take up to five working days.
Spending your points with our Reward Partners
How will I know how many points do I need to get a print discount?
In My Account, go to the Redeem tab under Rewards to use our points converter. Enter the
value of your order (ex VAT, ex delivery if on Printed.com) and click Convert. The
converter will tell you how many Printed Points you need to transfer to make that
purchase. You can use a Printed.com voucher to pay for your order (ex VAT, ex delivery)
or you can make a partial voucher payment.
How will I know how many points are required to buy on a partner site?
You can go shopping on our partner sites by clicking the links in the Shopping tab. Find
the item you wish to buy and make a note of how many credits/points/pounds it costs. If
on Printed.com, note the cost of the order ex VAT, ex delivery costs. Then go to My
Account, click Rewards, followed by Redeem Points to find our points converter. The
converter will tell you how many Printed Points you need to buy the product. If you have
enough points, you can transfer your points to the partner and buy your chosen item.
Can I use a mix of points and money on partner sites?
Partial payment is accepted with M&S, Amazon.co.uk
and here at Printed.com. Check your chosen sites for their T&Cs.
What happens if I need to cancel a transfer?
We cannot refund points transferred to either a partner or into Printed.com vouchers.
Your Printed.com vouchers expire after 90 days, iStock credits expire after 12 months,
and points transferred to M&S and Amazon.co.uk do not expire.
Restrictions and additional info
Are there any restrictions on earning Printed Points?
You can earn points on all Printed.com products, the only exception is when you apply a
discount voucher to your order. If you use a discount code, you won’t be eligible to
collect Printed Points - unless your code is a lifetime Charity or Education code.
Do I need to pay VAT and/or delivery when I use my points?
Yes, on Printed.com the points cover only the print value, (ex VAT, ex delivery), so you will be required to pay VAT and delivery charges.
