Foiling adds a beautiful shine to your design as well as making your print feel more luxurious. You might choose to highlight small elements of your design or go all out with a foiled background. We love how Liz Harry has highlighted the border and text elements in this design.

QR Codes

Aside from finishes and colour schemes – we’ve got an alternative trend to call out for 2023. QR codes are popping up across all types of stationery, including Business Cards, Postcards and Flyers. We’ve seen a big uptake for this approach on Greeting Cards too, with customers such as Lauren Marina incorporating these little squares onto the back of her cards.

QR codes are a great way to get customers engaged with you brand quickly via their mobile device. Long gone are the days of having to type in a website URL, just point your camera and follow the link – simple. Whether you link directly through to your website, or use the code as a means of offering a VIP discount – there really is no wrong way to go about it.

We’ve recently written a blog about some of the top QR code generators available for free. You can check them out below!
