Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions located at [printed.com/us] (Terms), and all rules, information and terms posted in connection with any products (Products) or othermaterials (Materials) made available on or through this website, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, this Agreement), are a binding legal contract between Printed Group US Inc. (Printed), and the legal entity accepting these Terms as described herein (you). Please read these Terms carefully and be sure you understand them before ordering any Products from our site. By using our website and/or ordering any of our Products (the use of the website, together with the Products, collectively, the Services), you agree to these Terms. You should print a copy for your records.
About Us
We, Printed Group US Inc., doing business as Printed.com, operate the website printed.com/us. Printed is an e-commerce platform that offers digital printing services and digitally printed Products.
Our company is registered in Delaware, our EIN is 38-4360508, and our registered office is at Capital Services, Inc., 108 Lakeland Avenue, Dover, DE 19901.
The Relationship Between You and Us
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into binding contracts. If you are purchasing Products on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to enter into and agree to this Agreement on behalf of the legal entity using or purchasing any product or service on or through this website.
After placing an order, you will get an order confirmation email from us acknowledging that we've received your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will notify you, as soon as reasonably practicable if, for any reason, we cannot process your order. The contract between us will be formed only when we send you our order confirmation email.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date listed in our order confirmation email. In exceptional cases, we may inform you of a new delivery date.
Risk and Title
The Products become your responsibility once they are delivered. Ownership of the Products will only transfer to you when we receive full payment for all amounts due for the Products, including delivery charges.
Prices and Payments
The price of the Products and our delivery fees will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. If the pricing error is obvious or unmistakable and you could have reasonably recognized it as an error, we are not obligated to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Unless otherwise stated, Product prices do not include delivery costs, and both product and delivery prices are exclusive of taxes. Taxes are added (as applicable) during the checkout process based on the final value of your order, including delivery. You are responsible for any other taxes applicable in the state or territory to which the Products are shipped. However, if the tax rate changes between the date of your order and the delivery date, we will adjust the tax you pay unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the tax rate change takes effect.
Please note that you must follow all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the Products are delivered. We will not be liable for any breach of such laws by you.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card (unless we state otherwise). We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Once you submit your order, your card will be charged automatically. Please note that no changes can be made to orders once you've submitted them.
Product prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation email (subject to any change in the prevailing law).
Our site lists a large number of products, and it's possible that, despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced. We will try to verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If a Product’s correct price is less than the price on our site, we will charge the lower amount when invoicing the order. Our invoices will be sent at or as soon as possible after we ship your order.
If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally (at our discretion) contact you for instructions before shipping the Product.

Financial Incentives
"Financial incentive" means a program, benefit, or other offering, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the disclosure, deletion, sale, or sharing of personal information.

A business must be able to explain how the financial incentive or price or service difference is reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s data. The explanation must include:
a good-faith estimate of the value of the consumer’s data that forms the basis for offering the financial incentive or price or service difference; and

If we decide to offer a financial incentive, we will notify you of such financial incentive and explain the price difference, as well as material terms of the financial incentive or price of service difference, including the categories of personal information that are implicated by the financial incentive or price or service difference.
Under California law, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to program participants.
