Do you provide downloadable templates? 

The kind of paper or material you choose for your print will affect how your colors look. For example, uncoated paper creates a softer, more muted finish and is great for writing on, while coated papers and materials are best for bright, vibrant colors. 

Yes - free shipping is available on selected orders. Depending on the shipping zip code, orders may qualify if the total weight is under 10 lb. If your order qualifies, you’ll see the free shipping option at checkout.

Grommets are reinforced metal rings punched every two feet along the edges of your Vinyl Banner, Mesh Banner, or Outdoor Banner. They provide a secure, tear-resistant hole to help you hang your Banner easily. Our Retractable Banners and Replacement Graphics are designed to be used with specific hardware, therefore don't include grommets. 

Yes! We want your setup to be as effortless as possible. Every Vinyl Banner, Mesh Banner or Outdoor Banner order includes four pieces of durable rope, allowing you to quickly tie and secure your Banner to fences, frames, or structures. Our Retractable Banners and Replacement Graphics are designed to be used with specific hardware, therefore don't include rope.

If your Banner will be in a location with little to no wind, our 15oz Matte Scrim Vinyl is the best choice for maximum graphic vibrancy. If your Banner will be mounted on a fence or in an area exposed to frequent or high winds, we strongly recommend our 9oz Matte Mesh Vinyl to prevent tearing and ensure your signage stays securely in place.

Instead, roll the Banner with the printed side facing out and store it in a cool, dry place. This ensures it lays flat the next time you need it for a sale or event.
