Use a wedding website
A wedding website is a great way to cut costs on your stationery. They can be used for everything from your menu and accommodation information to RSVPs, song requests and much more! There are plenty of easy-to-use options out there including Hitched and The Knot, both of which are free to use.
You can have the best of both worlds with printed stationery and a wedding website – simply generate a QR code that you can print on your Invitations and Save the Dates! Again, there are lots of free options out there for this, including Canva’s free QR code generator.
Order smart

If you’ve found a wedding stationer whose designs you love, it’s worth checking if they have any downloadable templates to buy. They are cheaper than paying for a bespoke design while still getting the style you want.
