Important changes to Customer Service hours this Christmas

Woah, didn’t that come around quickly! It’s Christmas here at PDC HQ and that means that it’s time for most of us to take a break and enjoy some well earned family time before we hit the ground running in 2019.

But, what if you need to speak to us over the festive period? Below you’ll find a handy guide to when you can talk to the team. If you need to speak to us at any point outside of these hours, please drop us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.

Our Christmas hours…

Up to December 21st Normal business hours (8.30am ‘til 6.30pm)
December 24th – 26th Closed
December 27th – 28th  9am ‘til 5pm
December 31st Closed
January 1st Closed
January 2nd onwards Normal business hours (8.30am ‘til 6.30pm)

 

Don’t forget, you can still shop as normal over the festive period, but your orders will only be processed on working days, which may mean you need to factor in a little extra time to receive your print.
