Paper options

350gsm Silk
325gsm Uncoated

Silk Silk coated paper has a low surface sheen and luxurious feel. It offers excellent ink to paper contrast, and printed colours appear bright and defined. The overall look is more low-key than gloss coated paper.

Uncoated Our uncoated paper has a soft finish and tactile quality. Because it's more absorbent than coated paper, printed inks appear flatter. It's the best choice for stationery as it's easy to write on.

Finishes explained - Matt lamination gives a soft slightly dull finish, giving a sophisticated, modern look. Gloss lamination gives a high gloss finish that is not achieved with a gloss card. A lamination is recommended on solid colours or images for vibrancy (and protection!).

Papers - We only offer professional-grade papers that meet the high standards of our customers. Working with the UK's leading paper mills and distributors, we select the latest durable, high quality papers with the right environment credentials.

3 day turnaround

Packaging - All orders are carefully packed in plain, unbranded white packaging, so you can send products direct to clients. We pack using shrink wrap where it's needed, for protection during transit.

Express exceptions
Express is not available on Presentation folders.

Job tracking - You can see where your order is in real time by checking 'My Account'. The job status screen clearly shows whether it's in the print queue, being printed, or on its way to you. After it has been shipped, you can track your order's exact location in the tracking tab. No more pacing the corridors!

Allow us to present our presentation folders - the smartest attire for your company documents. Our presentation folder printing uses the best digital technology for vibrant colour and sharp contrast, on thick, luxurious card. The result is an outstanding product at a competitive price.

We recommend using heavy, 350gsm silk card for your presentation folders, with outside lamination for durability. Choose from three capacity pocket options, up to 5mm. There's no minimum order quantity, so even if you only want one, we can deliver it.

Our folder printing service is designed to let you specify the look, capacity and finish of your pocket folders. printed.com use only thick, luxurious card when printing presentation folders, for a high-quality look and feel. The end result is a cheap folder that looks expensive. Choose from 325 or 350gsm silk or uncoated paper, with the option to print on one or both sides. You can also have your quality folder laminated on one side or both, in a modern, matt finish, or in high-shine gloss. This will make it more durable, and protect and enhance colours. We recommend laminating your folder if it has a solid colour or image. Remember that lamination adds 24 hours to your turnaround.

Each presentation folder is either oversize A4 or oversize A5, which fits your sheets perfectly, and comes in three capacity options. Choose 0mm for a pocket folder that holds up to 15 pages of 80gsm paper (standard photocopier paper), 3mm holds up to 25 pages and 5mm up to 40 pages. All folders printed are supplied with a glued on pocket. There is also the option for a business card slot if required. We use the latest digital printing processes, and are happy to do a short run, so there's no minimum number printed - even if you only want one!

Our great service on folders printing includes speedy, three-day turnaround. We recommend using our free, easy-to-use templates to help you upload your artwork as a PDF that will keep within our print guidelines. Then you can leave the rest to us.
