What is the Reward Programme?
The Reward Programme is a means of rewarding loyal customers. The more you spend, the more
points you earn. In the interest of helping businesses grow you can use your points to buy free
print, stock images, office supplies or fun stuff like flights and upgrades with the British
Airways Executive Club, high street vouchers, electricals, laptops and much, much more!
How do I join?
You are automatically signed up to the reward programme as soon as you join printed.com.
What are points awarded for?
For every pound you spend with printed.com you earn printed points
(this does not include VAT, express or delivery).
You can also earn points for: completing your profile in My Account, reviewing a
product (that gets approved), posting an idea (that gets approved), referring a friend, entering a
competition or commenting on our blog.
How do I know if my idea or review has been approved?
If you check your recent rewards in the Summary tab you will see if your idea or
review has been approved. Can take up to 3 working days.
Can I download a statement of points earnings and usage?
Yes you can download a monthly statement in Rewards section of My Account.
How do I get awarded points?
Points will automatically be awarded once your order is shipped.
For credit account customers they will sit in pending points until payment is made.
How will I know how many points I have?
Your points total is always displayed in My Account. For a points
breakdown click the Rewards link. The summary tab will display all of
your recent points, pending points and any points you have redeemed.
Example
A customer orders 500 business cards for £35.74, subtotal £22.13 (ex VAT, ex delivery)
He will receive 93 points on Bronze Tier, 155 on Silver Tier and 221 on Pink Tier.
How do I move between tiers?
Click the Tiers tab in My Account to see the rules for tiers.
What is the advantage of moving up tiers?
You get more points and bigger benefits, click the Tiers tab in My Account for full details.
How do I refer a friend and when do I receive points for this?
Refer a friend in My Account in the Rewards section, once you refer you will receive 150 points, once the friend places
their first order you receive another 300 points. Points are automatically added to your account.
Are there any restrictions on earning printed points?
There are no restrictions - you earn points on all printed.com products.
How will I know how many points are required to get a print discount?
In My Account, go to the Redeem tab under Rewards to use our points converter. Enter the value of your order (ex VAT, ex delivery if on printed.com) and click Convert. The converter will tell you how many printed points you need to transfer to make that purchase. You can use a printed.com voucher to pay for your order (ex VAT, ex delivery) or you can make a partial voucher payment.
How will I know how many points are required to buy on a partner site?
You can go shopping on our partner sites by clicking the links in the Shopping tab. Find the item
you wish to buy and make a note of how many credits/points/pounds it costs. If on printed.com, note
the cost of the order ex VAT, ex delivery costs. Then go to My Account, click Rewards, followed by
Redeem points to find our points converter. The converter will tell you how many printed points you
need to buy the product. If you have enough points, you can transfer your points to the partner and
buy your chosen item.
Can I only use points to pay for goods/services on partner sites?
Partial payment is accepted with the British Airways Executive Club, Bigstock and The Office
Supplies Supermarket, so you can and your points/credits, but Inspire+ requires the full amount
to purchase any items. Check the chosen sites for their T&C's.
What happens if I need to cancel a transfer?
We cannot refund points transferred to either a partner or into printed.com vouchers.
They will stay on your partner account for 3 months with The Office Supplies
Supermarket, 12 months with Bigstock and they never expire with Inspire+.
A printed.com voucher expires after 90days.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Printed points stay in your account forever until you choose to redeem them.
They do not expire. Once they are transferred to a partner or into a voucher
they will have an expiry date (see above for details).
Do I need to pay VAT and/or delivery when I use my points?
Yes, on printed.com the points cover only the print value, (ex VAT, ex delivery), so you will be required to pay VAT and delivery charges. On Inspire+ the delivery is free! On The Office Supplies Supermarket delivery is free for orders over £50. On Bigstock there is no further charges to pay, the points covers the total transaction.
