Show it off: the 2015 design showcase

Choosing which designs to feature in this year’s #showitoff showcase was like choosing which biscuit to have with our tea. Almost impossible and utterly agonising. With so many of you sharing your brilliant pieces of print with us this year, making a final selection wasn’t easy, but we eventually managed to choose from our long list of favourites.

Ladies and gentlemen, here are the #showitoff selections for 2015:

Gift tags by James Lockwood
It looks like 2015 was the year to get inventive with print! James’ ingenious (and hilarious) gift tags were printed on business cards and finished at home, resulting in gift wrap with added giggles.

Sketchbook by Dave Gaskin
Dave used bound brochures to create a professional showcase of his finest illustrations for the year. Simply stunning!

Greeting cards by Rowan Leckie
We fell head over heels for this watercolour greeting card by Rowan Leckie. The Edinburgh printmaker wowed us with her colourful, unusual artwork.

Outdoor signs by Christian Ryan
Foamex never looked so good! Architectural and stained glass artist, Christian, caught our attention with these smart-looking outdoor signs.

Business Cards by Holly Rutter
Holly shared her delightful illustrated business cards with us on Instagram back in August and we knew right away that they were #showitoff material. Wouldn’t you agree?

Greeting card by Emma Margaret
We did have a truly magical day, Emma. After seeing these unicorn-tastic greeting cards dressed to the nines with Kraft envelopes, we were simply bowled over.

Place cards by Diana Kakkar
It’s rare for us to get place cards in the #showitoff selection, so what are the odds that when we did, they’d be so beautiful? Diana’s place cards use illustrations to add a personal touch to wedding stationery.

Round stickers by Smash Bang Dollop
We don’t think a sheet of round stickers has ever made us feel hungry before. Then cupcake vendor Smash Bang Dollop happened. Their round stickers are equal parts fun and scrumptious.

Postcards by Hayley Third
We’re a sucker for a watercolour here at printed.com, let alone one that features an animal. Hayley’s postcards tick all the boxes!

Flyers by Faye Brown
The squared off layout of Faye’s flyers really captured our imaginations. Printable perfection!
