My Account Tour Part 2: Invoices

With the new My Account section you can now manage your invoices online enabling you to do a number of things that were not possible before.

You can pay your invoices online. This removes the need for a phone call saving time for you.

If you have a query on an invoice you can now simply send a message. This will go straight to our accounts department who will then get in touch.

If you wish for your accounts team to receive a copy of your invoices, you can add an accounts email address via ‘my profile’ screen.

You can also download a digital copy of your invoice as a PDF.
