Behold this month’s featured font: Brixton Line. It was created by Tom Chalky for Inspiration Hut as part of an experiment that was so successful it now forms the basis of many of their future font-related projects. It is a handcrafted, serif font in all capitals (the lowercase letters are just simpler, less-stylised versions of the uppercase ones) and has over 80 stylistic alternatives.
Because of its hand-drawn style and friendly, kooky appearance, we love this font for the front of greeting cards, postcards and fun stickers. The most basic version of Brixton Line is free for personal use, so give it a little download and have a go!
