Christmas delivery advice 2022
With widespread disruption to delivery services this month, we recommend placing any pre-Christmas orders by noon on Monday 19th December, selecting the tracked courier option.
Please note that these are our recommended final dates for ordering and are subject to change. Our best piece of advice is to place your orders as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

DPD service update
If you live at any of the following postcodes, please place orders by noon on Sunday 18th December, to allow for DPD final shipping dates for these areas:
- Edinburgh: EH3-12, EH14-16, EH20 – 22, EH41, KY1-7, KY11-12, KY16
- Lincoln: DN21, DN36, LN4, LN6, PE11, PE21
- Tyneside: TD5, TD11, TD12, TD15, NE11, NE46, NE61
- Warrington: CH1, CH2, CH65, M33, SK7, WA1, WA2, WA4, WA5, WA7, WA14
Important info:
If you’re ordering after 16th December you will need to choose a courier option.
The 5pm cut off is for turnaround, otherwise you will need to add another working day. If you order after 5pm, this is classed as another working day.
Other things to note:
If you’re adding additional finishes or placing orders above certain quantities, you’ll need to factor in some extra time.
Add in 24 hours for:
- High quantity orders
- Lamination on Large Format products
- Personalisation and Perforation
- Display Boards (if you’re ordering 100 or more)
What if you need to speak to the team at Christmas?
If you need to chat to our Customer Service Team over the festive period, be aware that there a few changes to their contact hours too.

Large Format is only available for delivery via courier service – all delivery options are provided at checkout.
