Keeping all of your information stored across multiple devices can be tricky. While there are plenty of solutions we may have a new favourite.
Bento is a great app and you can use it across your iPhone, iPad and Mac. It’s a great app for small businesses and personal use as it allows you to access and organize contacts and on-going task easily.
Features of the App include:

- Display all of your information in forms that can be altered to your needs
- Print mailing stickers
- Manage to-do lists
- Track billable hours and expenses
- Store passwords and login details
- Organise contacts
- Plan events easily
As we feel this is a great app use on projects it would be great to be able to have more than five users. However we do feel the pros of this app really do outweigh the cons.
It’s so simple to use and looks great, it really makes managing lists in spreadsheets or on paper so much easier, with its calculation feature it really doesn’t leave room for mistakes.
